Your Cyclical Nature refers to the natural rhythms and cycles that occur within you and around you. This can be emotional, physical, mental, or spiritual. Our journey helps you understand and navigate these cycles and how they are interconnected and interrelated to Nature and Life and the Great Mystery.

The Heroine's Journey is a comprehensive program spread over a year (See below for full timeline schedule).  Each month, you will receive new materials and explorations to help you unravel, meet with, and understand a unique aspect of your cyclical nature as it aligns with our Cyclical Guides. You will receive a detailed guide complemented by video sessions.  We will gather live virtually 1-2 times per month (with a future option to also join in-person).  We will align with the rhythms of our cyclical containers throughout the year, enabling us to embody their wisdom.  

A preparation + orientation module will be provided, complete with tending and care practices, as well as resources to help you seamlessly transition into this immersion.  Each months content will be tailored to align with Earth's current season (in N. Hemisphere) and include relational information of our other cyclical guides that explore the architecture of the Heroine's Journey in the following way:

• Autumn - The blueprint of Breaking Down
• Winter - The blueprint of Breaking Through
• Seasonal Transition - The Blueprint of Breaking Away

Each Live Virtual Gathering will be on a seasonal shift &/or on a Full or New Moon to harness the energy dynamics of the Earth and Moon, truly immersing ourselves in these cyclical rhythms.  This will allow them to resonate within our bodies, enabling us as a community to intuitively perceive these shifting dynamics, attuning to the subtle. And not just to understand these shifting cyclical dynamics on an intellectual level through the content, but also to embody them through our felt sense, inner knowing, and body + womb wisdom.

The Heroine's Journey will then have a fallow period between Winter Solstice and Imbolc - a time to integrate, assimilate, and rest - before we begin the next cycle of the Journey at Spring Equinox once more.

In addition, you will gain entry to a Meta-free & social-media free community space built into this platform.  A space designed for you and others on this Quest to interact, exchange experiences, pose inquiries, and provide mutual support. It's a sacred space where you can form connections, be seen, bear witness to others, and seek answers to your questions. We also provide a dedicated space to share your gifts & offerings, creating a root network of mutual support within our community to resource members and be resourced from community members.

You are on a journey to comprehend and embody the cyclical nature of existence - the disintegration, the decay, the breakthrough, the blossoming, and the assimilation + integration of this cyclical process.

There are many ways the Great Below calls to us.  The Heroine's Journey is the way through.  The Heroine's Journey is how we walk through the initiations of cyclicity.

First and foremost, this is a personal journey.  It is created for you to walk the path while being supported and guided and held in sacred space.  It is about discovering your unique medicine as it arises from your knowledge + experience + inner connection and alchemized into your wisdom.  

The Heroine's Journey is not easy.  It's the architecture of how you meet with the deep subterranean depths & realms of yourself.  It's the map of how you walk through the breakdown, the pain-points, the wounds, the exiled parts.  It's the way-shower of how you meet with self-sacrifice, self-betrayal, & self-abandonment.  It's messy, brutal, and hard AF.  

AND

The Heroine's Journey is how you alchemize your wounds into wisdom - wounds within yourself AND within your ancestry.  It's how you transmute your pain into your power, your purpose, and your passion.  It's the blueprint of how to die -  how to give a good death for endings and completions - to fully live.  It's how to burst into flame and how to rise from the ashes and rebirth yourself.  It's the architecture of how to dissolve, to come apart, to breakdown - in the descent.  It's the architecture of how to re-assimilate, to come together, to regenerate, and like the seed, break open - in the ascent.  It's the map of how to heal the wound of separation.   It's Wild, Transcendent, & Phenomenal AF.

In other words, it's worth it.

The Heroine's Journey is the way, the path, the how, the architecture, and the blueprint for all the ways we meet with the Rites of Passage and Initiations of being Cyclical.  Because being Cyclical means we will be initiated.  The lost wisdom of how to travel these initiations were once shared in the Red Tents - where we had access to the people and wisdom-keepers who had already traveled the way.  The Heroine's Journey is the resurrection of this lost wisdom thru the exploration of Chinese Medicine, Cyclical Wisdom, Embodiment Practices, Sacred Rituals, Visioning Quests, Guided Meditations, Movement & Awareness Practices, Divination Arts, Communion w/ Nature Explorations, Energy Harmonization & Alignment Methods, Liminal Realm Navigation Skills, Unifying Mind + Body + Spirit Practices, Techniques to Heighten Intuitive Senses, & more.

This course is created for women and people with wombs.  We affirm that not all women were born with wombs and not all people with wombs are women.  While your guide is cisgendered, she works to ensure an inclusive space to explore cyclical attunement for trans-women, non-binary people, and those beyond construct of gender.

I'm so glad you asked -- NO!  The Hero's Journey is NOT the same as The Heroine's Journey.  

In our current global patriarchal society,  the Hero's Journey narrative we typically see is a distorted & imbalanced representation, which we will learn as Excess Yang.  The narrative is characterized by domination, a power-over, armoring up, and kill or be killed, slay the dragon type of rhetoric.  There are more modern storylines of the 'knight-in-shining-armor' coming to rescue and save the 'princess'.  This is NOT the balanced version of the Hero's Journey.

What's interesting is within each is the other - something we will dive more into in our Quest.  

A balanced and harmonized Hero's Journey embodies the journey of Yang or the masculine, with energy dynamics of up and out - while being rooted.  It's the linear, logical path.  It's the sacred structure that supports the rise and fall of the Yin.

The Heroine's Journey is how we save ourselves - the sacred Quest towards self-liberation - not waiting for someone else to come and do so.  It's how we heal ourselves in an integrated and sovereign way - not giving our power away to someone or something else - but grounding into our inner authority and agency.

 We will speak more to this during our time together, discussing how the Hero's Journey communes with the Heroine's Journey in a harmonized and empowering way (or as some refer to as harmonizing and balancing our inner Masculine and Feminine).

Currently, The Heroine's Journey is not a certification program.

However.....

There will be a future option to travel a certification route.  The one requirement will be to travel one full cycle of The Heroine's Journey or one full year.

Certification will incorporate further case studies and personalized mentorship for thorough understanding of the material.  

A certification program for The Heroine's Journey will be incredibly impactful. It not only would validate the knowledge, skills, & resources acquired but also enhance credibility and trust when working with others. The certification would be a testament to the dedication, commitment, and expertise in understanding the intricate aspects of The Heroine's Journey.

Moreover, the inclusion of case studies and one-on-one mentorship in the certification program would ensure a deep, comprehensive understanding of the material. This personalized approach would help shape the learning journey to resonate with individual paths, fostering a more profound connection with the content.

The certification route could also open up new opportunities for networking and collaboration. It would serve as a stepping stone for those who wish to delve deeper into the field or even mentor others in the future.
